The stonegarden of Sicily

About 40 kilometres away from Syracuse, at the foot of the Iblean Mountains, Noto is home to one of Sicily’s most stunning historic centres. It’s an elegant, baroque nest where yellow limestone palazzi with their striking balconies, churches and kind of film set corners run along scenographic walkways – Via Vittorio Emanuele and Via Nicolaci among the most spectacular – while the seaside is just around the corner. It’s almost impossible to get bored in the “stonegarden” of Sicily but if you wish to spend a day in the surroundings, let us know, we will come to pick you up in Noto, drive together for a one-day adventure, just in time to be home in the evening. No need to drive, no need to get mad, to get lost. Take your private tour or join new friends for your Sicilian escape!
You might love to visit the other baroque gems in the surroundings, to dive into nature, to discover the coast by boat, to explore Sicilian’s food culture by cooking and eating with local chefs, farmers and shepperds.
